ESPG AG Secures Key Lease Agreements in Hallbergmoos and Cologne
The European Science Park Group (ESPG) has announced two significant lease agreements in Germany. SupplyOn AG, a leader in supply chain networks, will remain in the AERO49 science park in Hallbergmoos, covering about 4,720 m² of the total 15,273 m². This five-year extension, starting January 2026, underscores the demand for spaces within science parks near Munich Airport.
In Cologne, GM Immobilienkonzept will lease 264 m² in Science Park NORTH43, also commencing on January 1, 2026. This location is conveniently accessed via motorways and offers modern infrastructure for office use. ESPG CEO Markus Drews highlighted the appeal and flexibility of their science park offerings, citing ongoing interest from potential tenants.
