Discovery Lithium Announces Financing for up to $1,000,000

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 19, 2024 / Discovery Lithium Inc. (CSE:DCLI)(OTCQB:DCLIF)(FRA:Q3Q0) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each unit includes one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows for the purchase of one common share at $0.15 for 24 months from issuance.

The proceeds are intended for general corporate purposes and working capital. The closing of the offering is subject to regulatory approvals. The company may pay finder's fees and all securities issued will have a hold period of four months and one day.

Discovery Lithium is a Canadian exploration company focused on mineral resource projects in North America, including lithium properties in Quebec and Ontario. The company is also advancing gold exploration in Nevada and evaluating a project in British Columbia.
