Discovery Senior Living Announces the Formation of Discovery Management Group

Discovery Senior Living officially announced the creation of the Discovery Management Group (DMG), marking a significant reorganization within its portfolio. This new entity will oversee both existing and newly integrated nationally branded senior living communities. Discovery's strategic intent with this move is to enhance their management of various community brands across the U.S., leveraging both regional and national brand strengths. This transformation underscores the company’s dedication to advancing the quality of senior living across the nation.

DMG will be structured with distinct eastern and western leadership teams to provide focused operational oversight across the country, utilizing robust support resources from their centers in both California and Florida. The appointment of Dave Adams as President of DMG highlights the strategic direction of the group. Adams has an extensive background in strategic growth and team building within the senior living sector and other industries. Prior to this role, he served in the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command and holds degrees from Kellogg School of Management and the United States Air Force Academy.
