DKSH aims to fully integrate Zircon-Swis, leveraging its established market presence to strengthen its Business Unit Consumer Goods. The existing management will remain with the firm, ensuring continuity and growth.
This acquisition aligns with DKSH's strategy to tap into secondary growth sectors, reinforcing its position in Singapore’s dynamic food service market. The transaction is anticipated to conclude in the second quarter, pending specific conditions.
