DLSI Group: AMF Waiver and New Conservation Commitment
On December 16, 2024, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) granted Thierry DOUDOT and his holding company Untitled 57 an exemption from the obligation to file a public offer on the shares of DLSISA. This exemption concerns a donation between Mrs. Anna DOUDOT and her son Thierry, followed by a contribution of securities to Untitled 57. Thus, Thierry DOUDOT will indirectly control 64.89% of the capital of DLSI SA.
In addition, a Dutreil Pact was signed on December 17, 2024, setting out a new commitment to retain shares. This pact, covering 1,648,751 shares and 78.48% of voting rights, is planned for a period of two years and one day.
