DLSI Group: Change within the Supervisory Board
The DLSI Supervisory Board held a meeting on January 23, 2025 to discuss the reorganization following the resignation of two members. Mr. Laurent Lutz left his position on December 31, 2024. Ms. Véronique Lutz, Vice President, plans to resign on January 31, 2025.
To fill this void, the Council decided to appoint Ms. Anne-Marie Rohr as a new member. With this appointment, the current composition consists of Ms. Anne Matta épouse Doudot, Ms. Anne-Marie Rohr and Mr. Jean-Marie Nantern.
