Documents made available for the Lhyfe combined general meeting

Lhyfe, an independent producer of green hydrogen, announced the holding of its combined general meeting on May 23, 2024 in Nantes, at 1 ter mall Pablo Picasso. The meeting is set for 10:00 a.m. Shareholders are invited to participate in this crucial meeting for the company listed on Euronext Paris under the symbol LHYFE.

The necessary preparatory documents for this meeting are available at the head office and on the Lhyfe website, in the section dedicated to investors. In addition, until the fifth day before the meeting, shareholders may request the sending of these documents, in accordance with articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the Commercial Code.
