Dominari Enters U.S. AI Data Center Market
Dominari Holdings Inc. has announced the formation of American Data Centers Inc. (ADC), a new venture aimed at meeting the rising demand for advanced computing infrastructure. Dominari holds a 32% stake in ADC, which includes notable members such as Donald J. Trump Jr. and Eric Trump. This move aligns with Dominari's strategy to participate in high-growth sectors.
Kyle Wool, President of Dominari, emphasizes the importance of energy-efficient data centers to support the expanding need for cloud computing, AI applications, and data storage. Eric Trump highlighted ADC's role in ensuring robust AI infrastructure development in the U.S.
Additionally, Dominari has announced a special cash dividend of $0.32 per share, totalling approximately $4.6 million, expected to be paid on March 3, 2025.
