Dormakaba Board Proposes Marianne Janik and Ilias Läber for Election

dormakaba Holding AG has announced the proposed election of Marianne Janik and Ilias Läber as new independent members of its Board of Directors. The decision will be presented at the Annual General Meeting on 10 October 2024. John Liu, a Board member since 2020, will retire at this meeting.

Marianne Janik, 58, has extensive experience in technology and industrial sectors, having held leadership positions at Microsoft and Elster. Ilias Läber, 50, is the CEO of Spectrum Value Management and co-founder of Spectrum Entrepreneurial Ownership, bringing significant expertise from his roles at various firms including Holcim AG and CANCOM SE.

The Swiss Takeover Board has approved dormakaba's request regarding the non-existence of a mandatory offer obligation related to these Board nominations. The Board will now comprise ten independent members if the nominations are approved.
