Pfister Energy, based in Hawthorne, NJ, has officially announced the promotion of Doug Bagwill to the position of Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Sean Quin to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), with both promotions effective as of March 6, 2024. Bagwill, who has been an integral part of the company for nearly 15 years, has contributed to Pfister Energy across various departments such as Engineering, Business Development, and Field Operations, enabling the company's growth in the distributed generation market. As the new COO, his role will involve company-wide leadership to execute the company’s growth strategy.

Sean Quin, with a six-year tenure at Pfister Energy, has significantly contributed to the company's expansion by overseeing Sales and Business Development.
