Dr Ingo Mantzke Resigns as Chairman of Swiss Merchant Group AG Advisory Board
Frankfurt am Main, 13.06.2024 - Dr. Ingo Mantzke, Owner and CEO of PeopleNet Capital GmbH, has stepped down from his role as Chairman of the Advisory Board at Swiss Merchant Group AG. This resignation, which he held as a free-of-charge mandate, became effective on April 30, 2024.
Dr. Mantzke also clarified that he maintains no mandate or business relationship with either Swiss Merchant Group AG or the Mantzke Family Office, both located at St. Niklausenstrasse 59, Villa Krämerstein, CH-6047 Kastanienbaum.
