Dr. JD Dudum's Study Highlights Nonsurgical Spinal Decompression Success
A recent study by Dr. JD Dudum of Dudum Chiropractic has shown promising results for a nonsurgical spinal decompression technique. Published in The Journal of Contemporary Chiropractic, the study highlights improvements in pain intensity, functionality, and quality of life for patients with lower back pain and sciatica due to herniated discs.
Conducted over eight weeks, the research involved four patients undergoing nonsurgical spinal decompression (NSD) therapy alongside chiropractic care. Results indicated a significant reduction in the size of lumbar disc herniations and complete pain relief for all participants.
These outcomes suggest NSD therapy as a viable, non-invasive alternative to conventional treatments, addressing a significant global health challenge. The study calls for further research comparing NSD with other treatment methods to potentially redefine back pain management standards.
