Dr Konstantin Mettenheimer Decides Not to Seek Re-election to GRENKE AG Supervisory Board

Dr Konstantin Mettenheimer, who has served on GRENKE AG's Supervisory Board since July 2021 and as its Deputy Chair since May 2023, announced he will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting slated for April 30, 2024. Dr Mettenheimer stated that his decision comes after contributing significantly to the company's repositioning in governance, compliance, and digitalization, helping it back on course for sustainable earnings growth. He feels his key responsibilities have been fulfilled and now chooses to focus on other endeavors.
