Dr Martin Paal Starts as the New Chief Financial Officer of GRENKE AG

Today, Dr Martin Paal began his tenure as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of GRENKE AG. Appointed in March 2024, Dr Paal transitioned from his previous role as General Representative Finance, succeeding Dr Sebastian Hirsch. Dr Hirsch had been managing the finance department alongside his CEO duties.

Born in 1979, Dr Paal is an established expert in finance and banking. His career encompasses roles in international consulting firms and DZ Bank. In June 2022, he joined GRENKE AG as Vice President Controlling and was promoted to General Representative in March 2023. As CFO, he oversees Accounting & Tax, Controlling and M&A, and Treasury and Reporting departments.
