Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA Announces Changes in Supervisory Board Leadership
Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA has announced a significant change in its Supervisory Board leadership. Stefan Lauer, currently the Chairman of all Dräger Supervisory Boards, will step down at the year's end due to health reasons. The transition has been approved by the Supervisory Board committees.
Effective January 1, 2025, Maria Dietz will assume the role of Chair of the Supervisory Board of Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA. Dietz has been part of the Supervisory Board since 2018. Additionally, Professor Thorsten Grenz, a member since 2008, will lead all other associated committees and remain Chairman of the Audit Committee. Lauer will continue as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Drägerwerk Verwaltungs AG.
Stefan Dräger, Chairman of the Executive Board, expressed gratitude for the smooth transition. He wished Lauer a swift recovery, indicating that future chair decisions will be revisited post-recovery.
