From drivers requiring simple retraining to those suffering from severe anxiety exacerbated by the stress of the pandemic, Drivers Domain UK has been able to meet a wide range of needs. The company also finds that many of its clients with severe anxiety are car accident survivors, an often underestimated aspect of accident impact.

The pandemic has also encouraged awareness and openness about mental health issues, leading more people to seek help. To make their services easier to access, Drivers Domain UK has overhauled its online booking system, allowing full customization of driving confidence courses, doubling its sales conversion rate from 2% to 4%.
