DSN increases its stake in REA Kaltim following the agreement with REA Holdings plc

REA Holdings plc ("REA" or the "Company") has completed a share subscription agreement with PT Dharma Nusantara Satya ("DSN"), thereby increasing DSN's stake in PT REA Kaltim Plantations ("REA Kaltim") from 15% to 35%. This agreement, mentioned in a press release in January, has just been concretized following the approval of shareholders at the general meeting of February 12, 2024. The closing of this agreement is scheduled for March 8, 2024, with Immediate financial settlements expected by March 15, 2024.

As a result of this transaction, REA management plans to declare a dividend for all outstanding preference share dividends, representing 11.5p per preference share. Payment of these dividends is expected on April 15, 2024, in accordance with the London Stock Exchange's dividend procedures schedule.
