Dürr Group Divests Agramkow Fluid Systems to Solix Group

Dürr Aktiengesellschaft announced the sale of its Danish subsidiary, Agramkow Fluid Systems A/S, to Solix Group AB. The deal includes two subsidiaries and additional assets. Agramkow, known for its filling technology in non-automotive sectors, reported sales of €45 million in the fiscal year 2023, with a calculated enterprise value of €47 million. The transaction aims to enhance growth prospects by placing Agramkow outside of Dürr Group's strategic core operations.

With its headquarters in Sønderborg, Denmark, Agramkow has been part of the Dürr Group since 2011 and stands as a leading global provider of refrigerant filling systems for refrigerators, air-conditioners, and heat pumps. The agreement was signed with the anticipation of completing the sale by the end of the second quarter, following the required carve-out process. This disinvestment allows Dürr AG to adjust its forecast for the net financial status as of December 31, 2024, improving it to between €-500 and -550 million.
