E-PANGO 2024 Annual Results: Review and Outlook
On April 18, E-PANGO published its results for 2024. The company was unable to resume its electricity supply operations due to the continued suspension order. Revenue fell to €67,614, mainly from the sale of guarantee of origin certificates.
Financially, E-PANGO posted an EBITDA of -€1.1 million, an improvement over the previous year. Net losses were reduced to €1.4 million thanks to lower operating expenses. Share capital increased to €2.5 million to support financial and legal needs.
The E-BEGA subsidiary has signed its first EMS contract, marking a significant milestone. Several favorable legal decisions have been obtained, although some appeals have been rejected.
E-PANGO continues to seek to lift its suspension to return to its growth objectives.
