Eagle Bay Resources Announces Change of Name and Trading Symbol

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / April 24, 2024 - Eagle Bay Resources Corp. (CSE:EBR), also known as "Eagle Bay," is set to change its corporate name to "Apex Critical Metals Corp." This transition will be effective from May 1, 2024, at the market open on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The change extends to its trading symbol, which will switch from "EBR" to "APXC".

Shareholders are not required to take any action regarding this name change. The existing shares under "Eagle Bay" will remain valid, and there is no need for share certificate exchanges. In line with the name change, both the ISIN and CUSIP numbers for common shares will be altered to CA03753D1042 and 03753D104, respectively.
