EAGLE FOOTBALL GROUP own share transactions end of August 2024

EAGLE FOOTBALL GROUP has issued a statement on its own share transactions carried out between 27 and 30 August 2024. These transactions are part of its share buyback programme.

On August 27, the group acquired 459 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 2.22 per share. On August 28, 474 shares were purchased at an average price of EUR 2.19489 per share. On August 29, 308 shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 2.21. Finally, on August 30, 228 shares were acquired at an average price of EUR 2.21868.

All transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market, compartment C, under ISIN code FR0010428771. EAGLE FOOTBALL GROUP is thus continuing its capital optimization strategy.
