Sun Summit Completes 2025 Program at Eagle Plains' Theory Project

Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. announced the completion of the 2025 field program at the Theory copper-gold project by partner Sun Summit Minerals Corp. Located in north-central British Columbia, the property spans 122 hectares and offers promising geological features. The recent program included extensive sampling, mapping, and analysis, aiming to refine drill targets and advance exploration activities in the Toodoggone Mining District.

Key highlights include the identification of a large, buried porphyry system potential at the BEV showing area and the discovery of the new Saboteur Zone. Prospecting around the Fred-DM area focused on a magnetic low trend associated with known mineral occurrences. Additionally, epithermal-style alterations were identified at STIK1. A total of 257 rock grab samples, 417 soil samples, and 27 silt samples were collected, with results pending.

With historical results indicating promising mineralization, Eagle Plains and Sun Summit aim to extend and verify these findings through advanced exploration techniques. This collaboration marks a significant step forward for the Theory project, reinforcing its potential for copper-gold mineralization.
