Eagle Royalties Appoints New Director and Advisor, Issues Stock Options

Eagle Royalties Ltd. announced key additions to its team with the appointment of Stephen Kenwood as an independent director and Brent Bonney as an advisor. Kenwood brings over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and previously served in leadership roles at Ely Gold Royalties. Bonney, with a strong background in mining royalties, was a senior officer at Maverix Metals, contributing to its acquisition by Triple Flag Precious Metals.

The company also issued incentive stock options allowing the purchase of 700,000 shares at $0.30 each, valid until November 2029, as part of its current option plan. These changes align with Eagle Royalties’ strategic development and portfolio management.
