Eagle Royalties Clarifies Warrant Expiry Dates
Eagle Royalties Ltd. (CSE:ER.CN) issued a clarification regarding their news release from May 15, 2025. The company received Canadian Securities Exchange approval to amend the expiry date of 5,005,998 common share purchase warrants from a non-brokered private placement completed in May 2023. The initially stated expiry date was May 19, 2025, but it should have been May 18, 2025. The exercise price of the warrants remains at $0.50.
