EasyJet Announces Director/PDMR Shareholding

On July 11, 2024, easyJet plc (the “Company”) announced that it was notified by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), acting as Trustee for the easyJet plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), of share purchases on behalf of key personnel on July 10, 2024.

The plan allows employees in the UK to acquire ordinary shares using salary deductions. Employees can contribute up to £150 per month to purchase Partnership Shares at 27 2/7 pence each.

According to the notification, the following purchases were made: Stuart Birrell, 32 shares at £4.78 each; Kenton Jarvis, 32 shares at £4.78 each; David Morgan, 31 shares at £4.78 each; and Garry Wilson, 31 shares at £4.78 each.

The notifications comply with the Market Abuse Regulation requirements.
