Eckert & Ziegler Announces Executive and Supervisory Board Changes
On December 3, 2024, Berlin-based Eckert & Ziegler SE revealed key amendments to both its Executive and Supervisory Boards. Dr. Gunnar Mann will join the Executive Board starting January 1, 2025, bringing years of experience in radiation physics and process management. Dr. Mann will oversee operations in the company's Medical segment, leveraging his expertise gained since joining Eckert & Ziegler in 1998.
Simultaneously, current Executive Board member Jutta Ludwig will transition to the Supervisory Board as of January 1, 2025. Her move aligns with the planned expiration of her role. Frank Perschmann will exit the Supervisory Board at the end of 2024, having contributed to the company’s strategic evolution.
Chairman Dr. Andreas Eckert expressed gratitude for the departing and newly appointed members, emphasizing their impact and importance to the company's growth and expansion in new medical product facilities.
