Econocom annonce la nomination d'Angel Benguigui comme CEO Groupe
Le 24 juillet 2024, le Conseil d'Administration d'Econocom a nommé Angel Benguigui au poste de CEO Groupe. Jean-Louis Bouchard, fondateur d'Econocom, devient Président opérationnel. Patrick Van Den Berg quitte ses fonctions de Directeur Général. Cette réorganisation s'inscrit dans le cadre du nouveau plan stratégique « One Econocom 2024-2028 ».
Angel Benguigui, avec près de 20 ans d’expérience au sein d'Econocom, aura pour mission l’implémentation du plan « One Econocom ». Jean-Louis Bouchard a exprimé sa confiance en Benguigui, soulignant son expertise et son rôle central dans l’élaboration du plan stratégique.
La nouvelle gouvernance vise à garantir la mise en œuvre réussie des initiatives de transformation digitale du groupe. Benguigui formera prochainement un nouveau Comité Exécutif pour renforcer les expertises de la direction générale.
