ECONOCOM Buys Back Its Own Shares
As part of the repurchases of own shares authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders, Econocom Group SE carried out transactions between June 17 and 23, 2024.
On June 20, 2024, the company purchased 15,000 shares on the stock market at an average price of €2.320 per share. This operation is part of the share buyback strategy approved on November 30, 2021.
As of June 24, 2024, Econocom Group SE holds 7,530,285 shares out of a total number of issued securities of 179,045,899, or 4.21% of the company's securities.
