Econocom Group announces its share buybacks

As part of the repurchases of own shares authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders on November 30, 2021, Econocom Group SE carried out several transactions between May 27, 2024 and June 2, 2024. These operations took place on the stock market and were involved the purchase of 42,337 Econocom Group shares.

The average transaction price varies, with a minimum of €2,305 and a maximum of €2,460. These purchases are part of the company's capital management strategy.

As of June 3, 2024, Econocom Group holds 7,515,285 shares, representing 4.20% of the company's shares out of a total of 179,045,899 shares issued.
