Econocom Group carries out share buyback operations
In compliance with the authorizations of the General Meeting of Shareholders of November 30, 2021, Econocom Group SE made purchases of shares on the stock market from May 6 to 12, 2024. In total, 81,236 shares were acquired at prices varying between €2,240 and €2,435. These transactions increase the company's portfolio of treasury shares to 6,633,577, which corresponds to 3.70% of the total securities issued.
