Econocom Group continues to buy back its own shares

From April 29, 2024 to May 5, 2024, Econocom Group SE made share purchases in its own company as part of a program authorized by its shareholders at the General Meeting of November 30, 2021. In total, the company acquired 41,967 shares at average prices varying between €2.192 and €2.227.

As of May 6, 2024, the group now holds 6,552,341 of its own shares, which represents 3.66% of the total securities issued. Transactions took place on the stock market with well-defined minimum and maximum prices for each buying session.
