ECONOCOM GROUP: Key Figures on Voting Rights and the Denominator

On July 23, 2024, Econocom Group published regulated information in accordance with the law of May 2, 2007. The total number of securities that can confer voting rights is 179,045,899.

Currently, the total number of shares with single voting rights stands at 118,657,593, while shares with double voting rights number 60,388,306. Therefore, the total number of voting rights (the denominator) reaches 239,434,205.

As of July 23, 2024, Econocom Group holds 7,280,285 treasury shares, the voting rights of which are suspended. In addition, an option plan intended for staff and managers provides for 200,000 options, giving right to a total of 200,000 shares with voting rights.
