NSE Group completes acquisition of Ametra Integration
On September 30, 2025, NSE Group, a high-tech defense and aeronautics company, completed the acquisition of Ametra Integration. The latter includes Anjou Electronique in France and Butitec in Tunisia. These entities, now NSE Anjou and NSE Butitec, generated revenue of €18.5 million in 2024, representing growth of 29%, with an EBITDA of €2.5 million.
With nearly 230 new employees, this acquisition strengthens NSE's development strategy. It allows it to pool expertise and expand its product and service portfolio, while consolidating its position in the Defense and Aeronautics markets.
The financing comes from loans taken out with long-standing financial partners. The new subsidiaries will be integrated into NSE's accounts as of October 1, 2025.
