EDAG Engineering Group AG Announces New CEO Appointment

EDAG Engineering Group AG, based in Arbon, Switzerland, announced the appointment of Harald Keller as the new Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2024. Keller will take over from Cosimo de Carlo, who has decided to leave the company at the end of June. Since 2017, Keller has been leading the company's largest division, Vehicle Engineering, and has played a central role in overseeing vital development projects worldwide.

Georg Denoke, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed his confidence in Keller's qualifications for the role, highlighting his blend of technological expertise and international sales experience as factors that ensure a smooth transition and strategic continuity for EDAG. Denoke praised Keller's longstanding contributions to the company and his embodiment of its core competencies and values.
