Edmond de Rothschild (France) Issues First Supplement to Base Prospectus

On September 18, 2024, Edmond de Rothschild (France) issued a first supplement to its base prospectus dated July 12, 2024. This document relates to the €850,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note programme.

The supplement modifies and complements the base prospectus, incorporating the 2024 half-year financial report for the period ending June 30, 2024. This report has been filed with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and is now part of the base prospectus by reference.

Investors who agreed to purchase or subscribe to the notes before the publication of this supplement have the right to withdraw their acceptances within two working days, until September 20, 2024. Copies of the supplement are available at the head office of the issuer and on its website.

According to the issuer, no significant new factor or material mistake has been noted since the original prospectus date, and the financial position remains stable.
