An Innovative Training Offer for Early Childhood

On September 25, 2025, Sofis, Forsim, and Santestim, part of the Eduform'Action group, unveiled a new training initiative for early childhood professionals. Designed to meet the challenges of a changing sector, this offering integrates health, workplace safety, and medical simulation.

Faced with labor shortages and increased academic demands, professionals such as childminders and educators must continually improve their skills. The merger of Sofis, Forsim, and Santestim aims to meet these needs through teaching focused on safety and prevention.

The training will be accessible nationwide through a flexible organization, in both intra- and inter-company formats. This proposal aims to strengthen the attractiveness of the sector and improve the quality of care and development for young children.
