Eiffage Begins Paris - SCOPE Renovation Project
Eiffage, through its subsidiaries Eiffage Construction and Goyer, has commenced work on renovating the Paris - SCOPE commercial building in Paris' 12th district. The contract was awarded by Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) and involves a comprehensive overhaul of the former Natixis headquarters, a 17-storey building originally constructed in 1974.
The project includes significant structural changes, such as the demolition of lower levels to redevelop the forecourt and add an extension. New facades, roofing, and various architectural and technical upgrades are also planned. The construction will feature a “service pavilion” hub, complete with meeting rooms and a business center, covering nearly 25,600 square meters.
Eiffage Énergie Systèmes will handle the high-voltage and low-voltage systems. The project aims for multiple environmental certifications, including BREEAM, HQE, and BBCA New. Completion is projected for the second quarter of 2026, following six months of design studies and an expected 24-month construction period.
