Eiffage and NGE have been awarded a significant civil engineering contract by SUEZ for two waste-to-energy plants in Toulouse and northern Haute-Garonne. The €132 million project is part of a broader concession for managing these facilities by SUEZ and Banque des Territoires. Eiffage will take a 60% share, while NGE will manage the remaining 40%.

The project involves modernizing the Bessières plant and constructing a new facility in Toulouse. Scheduled for completion in 2026 and 2031 respectively, these plants aim to enhance regional energy production, generating over 220 GWh of electricity and 360 GWh of heat annually.

This initiative underscores a commitment to sustainable energy solutions, showcasing both companies' expertise in large-scale civil engineering and energy transition efforts.
