EIFFAGE: Monthly update on voting rights and shares

Eiffage SA, listed on Euronext Paris Compartment A, has published its monthly share capital figures as of October 31, 2025. The company has a share capital comprised of 98 million shares, corresponding to a theoretical total of 120,269,002 voting rights. This calculation includes shares with double voting rights.

Eiffage also clarified the existence of a statutory clause imposing obligations to declare any crossing of a threshold beyond the legal limits. Any holding of at least 1% of the share capital must be notified to the company. This measure also applies in the event of a decrease in shareholding below these thresholds.
