ELARIS AG Expands into Italian and Turkish Markets

ELARIS AG has announced the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Italy and a new license agreement for product distribution in Turkey as part of its strategy for international growth. ELARIS Italy S.R.L., located in Turin, is spearheaded by automotive industry veterans including former Fiat-Professional Managing Director Franco Miniero. The subsidiary aims to serve the significant demand in Italy for small e-cars and compact e-vans with vehicles like ELARIS CARO-S, which cater to the country's growing e-mobility market.

In Turkey, ELARIS has partnered with ELARIS Özgur Turkey based in Ankara for the import and distribution of its products, planning to establish a local presence in the thriving Turkish electric vehicle market. This move taps into the dramatic increase in electric car sales in the region, supported by robust market data indicating last year's surge in demand.

Lars Stevenson, CEO of ELARIS AG, emphasized that the expansion into these markets aligns with the rising relevance of electric mobility in Italy and Turkey. The company's diverse range of fully equipped electric vehicles is positioned to meet increasing consumer demand in both territories.
