Elbi of America, an ASME water tank manufacturer since 1990, has announced the acquisition of NDA, a leading wholesale distributor in appliance installation parts. Established in 1976, NDA contributes nearly five decades of experience and a robust product range across appliance installation, plumbing, and hardware markets.

The acquisition enriches Elbi of America's portfolio, which includes brands like Arrow Industries, BackStop, DuraTrac, and the Chester Paul Company, enhancing its offerings in water filtration and thermal solutions. This strategic move extends Elbi’s distribution capabilities throughout North America, with centers in California, Texas, and Pennsylvania, aiming to improve its inventory supply chain and customer service.
