Electric Metals (USA) Limited Announces Auditor Change

Electric Metals (USA) Limited has announced a change in its auditing firm. Baker Tilly WM LLP has ceased its role as the company's auditor as of February 4, 2026. In its place, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has been appointed as the new auditor, effective immediately. This decision was approved by the company's audit committee and board of directors.

The company stated that there were no reportable events with Baker Tilly during its most recent financial year. Both firms and the necessary regulatory bodies have been duly notified of this transition as per regulatory requirements.

This change comes as Electric Metals continues to focus on its North Star Manganese Project, which aims to establish a domestic supply of critical minerals in the U.S. The company positions this project as a strategic opportunity to bolster U.S. industry and minimize dependency on foreign supply chains.
