Electric Royalties Appoints Craig Lindsay as Board Chair

Electric Royalties Ltd. has announced the appointment of Craig Lindsay as Chairman of the Board following the annual shareholders meeting on March 14, 2025. Mr. Lindsay, an independent director since 2016, succeeds Marchand Snyman, who held the position since 2020.

With over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and public company management, Lindsay brings valuable expertise to the role. He has previously founded and led successful ventures, including Otis Gold Corp. and Magnum Uranium Corp.

Lindsay expressed enthusiasm about his new position at a pivotal time for Electric Royalties, emphasizing the importance of metals like copper and graphite in the shift to sustainable energy. Retiring Chair Snyman acknowledged the company's growth and praised CEO Brendan Yurik and the team for their efforts.

The Company's portfolio comprises 43 royalties across various critical metals, contributing to the clean energy transition. All resolutions during the annual meeting were approved, ensuring continued strategic direction.
