Appointment of Ledouble firm validated by the AMF for EEM
Electricité et Eaux de Madagascar (EEM) has received confirmation that the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has no objection to the appointment of Ledouble as an independent expert. This decision follows the filing of the proposed public takeover bid for SAS Le Clézio Industrie, made on July 1, 2025.
EEM's Board of Directors appointed Ledouble on July 17, 2025. This expert's mission is to prepare a report, including a fairness opinion, on the financial terms of the proposed Offer. Ms. Agnès Piniot and Mr. Olivier Cretté are representing this firm in this crucial mission for EEM.
