Evolution of voting rights at Electricité et Eaux de Madagascar
As of June 30, 2025, the share capital of Electricité et Eaux de Madagascar consists of 5,738,299 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 6,234,605. However, only 4,414,605 voting rights are currently exercisable. This difference results in particular from a recent legal decision. Indeed, the Paris Court of Appeal suspended for five years all voting rights of shares belonging to Mr. Valéry Le Helloco and certain associated companies. This suspension significantly impacts the number of exercisable rights for general meetings.
