Statement of share capital and voting rights of Electricity and Water of Madagascar as of January 31, 2026
The company Électricité et Eaux de Madagascar has communicated its share capital and voting rights as of January 31, 2026. The capital amounts to 14,345,747.50 euros, distributed over 5,738,299 shares.
In total, 6,441,676 theoretical voting rights are attached to these shares. However, only 4,621,676 voting rights are exercisable at the general meeting. This difference is explained by the suspension, upheld by the Paris Court of Appeal on May 28, 2025, of the voting rights of certain shares.
These shares belong to Mr. Valéry Le Helloco, as well as to the companies Financière VLH, Degemer Group, and Le Clezio Industrie. This freeze on voting rights was announced by the company on May 30, 2025.
