Electricité et Eaux de Madagascar postpones its transfer to Euronext Growth Paris

The Joint Annual General Meeting of Electricity and Water of Madagascar (EEM) approved all the resolutions on its agenda during the meeting of June 25, 2024. Among these resolutions was the project to transfer the listing of the securities of the company from the regulated market of Euronext Paris to the Euronext Growth Paris multilateral trading system.

Despite this approval, the Board of Directors decided, at the meeting of June 27, 2024, to postpone the implementation of this transfer. This postponement will allow the Council to continue its reflections on the project, the completion of which could not take place before the end of 2024.

Electricité et Eaux de Madagascar is a diversified financial holding company, listed on Euronext Paris. It holds 96.66% of the capital of Société Anonyme Immobilière Parisienne de la Perle et des Pierres Précieuses (SAIPPPP), listed on Euronext Access Paris.
