Elis Reports Share Buyback Activity on October 24, 2025
On October 28, 2025, Elis disclosed details of its share buyback operations conducted on October 24, 2025, aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. These transactions stem from a program authorized by the shareholders' meeting on May 22, 2025.
The report revealed that Elis SA repurchased a total of 3,047 shares at an average price of 24.76 euros. The transactions were executed on trading platforms CEUX and XPAR.
The initiative aims to cover performance share plans and issue free shares under the Elis for All 2025 employee shareholding plan. Additionally, shares will be canceled following the guidelines established by the Combined General Meeting's resolution on May 22, 2025.
