Elis Releases 2024 Universal Registration Document and Sustainability Report

Elis has made its 2024 Universal Registration Document available, following its submission to the French Financial Markets Authority on March 27, 2025. This document comprises the Annual Financial Report, which includes consolidated and company financial statements, the Management Board report, a sustainability statement, and related auditor reports.

It also contains the Supervisory Board's corporate governance report, information on auditor fees, and details related to the share repurchase program. The document is accessible online for free on both Elis's and the AMF's websites.

Additionally, Elis emphasizes its CSR efforts by publishing "Our Environmental, Social, and Societal Responsibility" report. This supplementary document covers the group's CSR strategy and performance. It will be made available in English on the Elis website on April 3, 2025.
