Enapter AG kicks off 2024 with strong demand for its electrolyzers

On February 20, 2024, Enapter AG announces that it is continuing its momentum following a successful 2023, with numerous orders for its AEM EL 4 electrolyzers and pre-orders for its megawatt-class electrolyzer, the AEM Nexus. With over 250 EL 4 electrolyzers ordered from the United States, Belgium, India, and Germany, the company confirms the high demand for its green hydrogen solutions.

In Germany, Stadtwerke Nienburg is set to build a hydrogen refueling station with 121 AEM Electrolysers EL 4, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions in public transportation and commercial vehicles. In Belgium, the Université libre de Bruxelles plans to use 40 EL 4 devices as part of a living hydrogen lab project. In the United States, The H2 World will deploy 50 EL 4 units for various tests.

In India, Enapter is expanding its operations with around 50 EL 4 units already operational for various projects. A major energy provider and a local agricultural institute are exploring the use of green hydrogen in the energy and agricultural sectors, respectively. Demand also remains high for Enapter's megawatt-class electrolyzers, particularly the AEM Nexus 1000, which is attracting several pre-orders.

Jürgen Laakmann, CEO of Enapter, highlights the sustained demand for the company's solutions and the expansion of its partner network, which now includes over 180 members worldwide. The company is well positioned for future growth thanks to its modular and scalable solutions.
